CAURA is a river in South America, located in southeastern Venezuela (Bolívar state). It is a right tributary of the Orinoco River and part of the Atlantic Ocean basin. The river originates within the Jaua-Sarisariñama National Park, near the eastern edge of the Sierra Jaua mountain range. It flows northward and empties into the Orinoco River.
The Caura River basin is sparsely populated. The river is navigable from its mouth up to the Para Falls.

Cast stone is a composite material consisting of polyester resins and natural marble chips.
