Prepayment
Before manufacturing the product, we need to receive an advance payment. The amount of advance payment is 50% or 100% of the cost of the ordered product. With a prepayment of 50%, the rest of the order amount is paid before sending the product to the carrier company.

Payment by non-cash settlement is carried out in the following way: after placing the order, the manager will send you an invoice by e-mail, which you can pay at the cash desk of any bank branch, from your company's current account or through Internet banking. For legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is provided together with the product.
Delivery
The StudioStone company carries out FREE ADDRESS DELIVERY of products throughout Ukraine, with the exception of territories where active hostilities are taking place. The courier will deliver your order to your address right under your house!
Transport packaging
StudioStone products are delivered in special transport packaging (strong pallet, five-layer corrugated cardboard, stretch film for fixation). After that, we place the product in a large packing box to ensure the integrity of the delivery as much as possible. When receiving the product, you need to make sure that the product is not damaged and has no defects. Open the package and carefully check the received product.
